Retainer Upon Booking
Please note: A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session, which will be deducted from the total cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

The number of photos you receive depends on the package you choose and the session type—but I always deliver all the best images. The listed amount is just the minimum; if there are more great shots, you’ll get them. I don’t hold back on beautiful moments!

Including Your Pet in Your Session
If you’d like to include your furry friend in the session, I’d be happy to capture those special moments! For an additional fee of $25 (per pet), I’ll make sure your pet is included in some beautiful photos with you and your partner.
I’ll capture a variety of moments, including:
- Individual portraits of you and your partner
- Photos with your pet as a family
- Individual shots of your pet, so they get their own spotlight too!
Pets are always welcome, and I want to make sure we capture your relationship in its fullest form, including your beloved companion!

Additional Information:
You're welcome to bring family members and pets to hop into a few photos during your senior session, absolutely free of charge! I’ll capture some special moments with your loved ones and furry friends, but please note that these will be quick, candid shots to keep the focus on your senior portraits.
For sessions with two locations, both must be within a 20-mile radius of each other, and the travel time between locations is included in your overall session length. Additionally, any outfit changes will also be included in your session time. To make outfit changes easy and comfortable, I provide a pop-up tent where you can change privately during the shoot. Be sure to plan your wardrobe changes accordingly to make the most of your time!

While the session is primarily focused on capturing your pet, you're welcome to join in for a few shots with your furry companion. How many pictures will we receive?
The number of images you receive will depend on the package you book and the type of session. However, you'll always receive all the best photos from your shoot—what's included in the package is just the minimum. I make sure you get every image that meets my quality standards, so you never miss a great moment.
How should I dress for my session?
For an individual or couple session, I recommend selecting outfits that reflect your personal style while keeping the overall look cohesive. If you're dressing as a couple, coordinating colors or complementary tones can create a harmonious feel. Neutral shades, soft pastels, or earthy tones are always great options, but don't hesitate to add a touch of color to make the photos pop. If you're going solo, choose something that makes you feel confident and at ease, while still considering the setting and vibe you're going for. Above all, make sure you feel comfortable and authentic in your outfit, as that will help you look your best in front of the camera!
When will I receive my photos?
You can expect your edited images within 2-3 weeks of your session. I’ll send you a gallery link where you can view and download your photos. In some instances, there may be occasions when the editing process takes a bit longer due to factors like the complexity of the shoot or a high volume of work. If any delays arise, I will always communicate this with you in advance and provide an updated timeline for delivery.
Do you travel for sessions?
Yes, I’m available for travel! I’m happy to travel to other locations for an additional fee to cover travel expenses. See below for details under-Additional Travel Cost.
Do you sell prints & canvases?
Yes! Once you've received your gallery, you'll have the option to easily purchase prints, canvases, holiday cards, and wall art directly from the gallery. Simply select the photos you want to have printed, and you can place your order right there. Your chosen items will be professionally printed and shipped directly to your home.

Important Session Information
Multiple Locations
For the Timeless Story (2-hour) session, the second location must be within a 20-mile radius of the first location. Travel time between locations is included in your overall session time, so we recommend selecting locations that are relatively close to each other to make the most of your photoshoot.
Outfit Changes
For both the Everlasting Memories (1-hour) and Timeless Story (2-hour) sessions, outfit changes are part of your session time. For example, if you have an Everlasting Memories session and plan to change outfits, or if you have a Timeless Story session and plan to change outfits, the time it takes to change will be factored into the session length. We recommend planning your outfits ahead of time to ensure a smooth and efficient transition between looks.
To make outfit changes more convenient, I offer a pop-up tent where you can change in privacy during the shoot. This way, you can stay comfortable and focused on enjoying your session without worrying about finding a place to change!
Explanation of Time
- Everlasting Memories (1 hour): Includes up to 2 outfits, with outfit changes counted within the 1-hour session time.
- Timeless Story (2 hours): Includes up to 4 outfits and 1 additional location within a 20-mile radius of the first location. Outfit changes are also part of the 2-hour session time.

Travel Fees Beyond 30 Miles
Travel within 30 miles of Neenah, WI is included in all sessions. Locations beyond 30 miles will incur a $0.50 per mile travel fee based on round-trip mileage from Neenah.
Examples:
- A session 35 miles away (70 miles round trip) would incur a $5 travel fee.
- A session 50 miles away (100 miles round trip) would incur a $20 travel fee.
