Reach out via email or phone, and let’s chat about your vision for the photoshoot. We’ll discuss the type of session, location, and any special ideas you have in mind!

The Photoshoot
Together, we’ll capture beautiful moments that reflect your unique story. Whether it’s a portrait session, a couples shoot, or something else, we’ll make sure to create stunning images you’ll cherish forever.

Editing
After the shoot, I’ll carefully curate and edit your photos, enhancing the moments we've captured. I want to ensure each image reflects your true essence and vision.
04.
Gallery Delivery
Once the editing is complete, I’ll deliver your final images in a convenient online gallery, ready for you to download and enjoy!
Retainer Upon Booking
Please note: A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session, which will be deducted from the total cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
Important Session Information
Multiple Locations
For the Timeless Story (2-hour) session, the second location must be within a 20-mile radius of the first location. Travel time between locations is included in your overall session time, so we recommend selecting locations that are relatively close to each other to make the most of your photoshoot.
Outfit Changes
For both the Everlasting Memories (1-hour) and Timeless Story (2-hour) sessions, outfit changes are part of your session time. For example, if you have an Everlasting Memories session and plan to change outfits, or if you have a Timeless Story session and plan to change outfits, the time it takes to change will be factored into the session length. We recommend planning your outfits ahead of time to ensure a smooth and efficient transition between looks.
To make outfit changes more convenient, I offer a pop-up tent where you can change in privacy during the shoot. This way, you can stay comfortable and focused on enjoying your session without worrying about finding a place to change!
Explanation of Time
- Everlasting Memories (1 hour): Includes up to 2 outfits, with outfit changes counted within the 1-hour session time.
- Timeless Story (2 hours): Includes up to 4 outfits and 1 additional location within a 20-mile radius of the first location. Outfit changes are also part of the 2-hour session time.
Additional Travel Cost:
Travel Fees Beyond 30 Miles
Travel within 30 miles of Neenah, WI is included in all sessions. Locations beyond 30 miles will incur a $0.50 per mile travel fee based on round-trip mileage from Neenah.
Examples:
- A session 35 miles away (70 miles round trip) would incur a $5 travel fee.
- A session 50 miles away (100 miles round trip) would incur a $20 travel fee.
If you’re unsure whether your location falls within this range, feel free to reach out for a quick estimate.
Location Fees
Clients are responsible for any location fees, including permits and venue rentals, which are not included in our service costs.

How many pictures will we receive?
A.The number of images you receive will depend on the package you book and the session type.
How should I dress for my session?
A.For an individual or couple session, I recommend selecting outfits that reflect your personal style while keeping the overall look cohesive. If you're dressing as a couple, coordinating colors or complementary tones can create a harmonious feel. Neutral shades, soft pastels, or earthy tones are always great options, but don't hesitate to add a touch of color to make the photos pop. If you're going solo, choose something that makes you feel confident and at ease, while still considering the setting and vibe you're going for. Above all, make sure you feel comfortable and authentic in your outfit, as that will help you look your best in front of the camera!
When will I receive my photos?
A.You can expect your edited images within 2-3 weeks of your session. I’ll send you a gallery link where you can view and download your photos. In some instances, there may be occasions when the editing process takes a bit longer due to factors like the complexity of the shoot or a high volume of work. If any delays arise, I will always communicate this with you in advance and provide an updated timeline for delivery.
Do you travel for sessions?
A.Yes, I’m available for travel! I’m happy to travel to other locations for an additional fee to cover travel expenses. See details above under-Additional Travel Cost.
Do you sell prints or canvases?
A.Yes! Once you've received your gallery, you'll have the option to easily purchase prints, canvases, holiday cards, and wall art directly from the gallery. Simply select the photos you want to have printed, and you can place your order right there. Your chosen items will be professionally printed and shipped directly to your home.
